A Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
The room was spacious and comfortable, ideal for our family getaway. We enjoyed the local restaurant for dinner, offering delightful traditional dishes. However, housekeeping could use improvement, as our bed wasn't remade properly. A more attentive service would elevate the experience.

I truly appreciated the beautiful local artwork throughout the hotel, which added a cozy touch to my stay. The pool area was inviting, and I found the access to elevators helpful for moving between floors.
More assistance with luggage for seniors would be helpful.

Perfect cozy spot for families
We had a nice 4-night family stay. The room was really clean and comfy, with everything we needed. Breakfast options were awesome, especially the waffles! Just a bit noisy with the ac sometimes. The nearby Denny's was a hit with the kids too!

The room was beautiful and very comfortable with plenty of space for our stay. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of options that were well attended to by the staff. However, the lack of an elevator made it challenging to navigate to our second-floor room with luggage.

I really enjoyed my stay at Navajoland Inn. The rooms felt clean and comfortable, which is a must for me. The air conditioning worked great, especially with the summer heat. I appreciated the breakfast selection. the staff kept everything well-stocked and maintained. My only issues were the slow restocking of some breakfast items and that the hot water from the breakfast dispenser had a slight coffee taste. The laundry facilities were handy, but I wished there were more machines available since one washer and dryer were out of order during my stay. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful, which made a big difference.
